I was directed to this company by a dealership I was buying a car from. From the first time I made contact with Kimberly, I had an overwhelming feeling of confidence that my vehicle would be delivered safely and on time. The vehicle that I purchased was being delivered from PA to TX, which is over 1000 miles away. This time of year can be sketchy for this kind of transport with differing weather all over the country. Kimberly kept me in the loop every step of the way. She was very responsive when I sent her any emails and answered all of my questions quickly and honestly. The company wasn't able to pick up the vehicle the first day through no fault of their own. The pickup was quickly rescheduled for the next day and it did not at all affect the delivery date. IN FACT, the driver delivered the vehicle a day earlier than expected. The driver also called me a day ahead of delivery, the day of delivery, and several hours before the delivery with updates to his location and status. This was much appreciated considering how much I had just spent on the new car. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to move a vehicle from one state to another quickly. The quote I received from ASG was a bit higher than other quotes I received BUT the quality of service and most of all the peace of mind was worth the extra hundred dollars.
