The process with ship a car direct worked just as they described on their website. After putting in my relevant information seeking a quote on their website for a delivery to Dallas/Ft. Worth, I received a phone call from Kay at ship a car direct within 25 minutes to deliver the quote ($725) and answer any questions. There was no hard sell to close on a transaction and I took a couple of days to decide whether to ship my car. I followed up with Kay to change the delivery destination and place my order with an unchanged quote. The process with the carrier worked as described and ship a car direct's website videos were very helpful in preparing for the process. Their system and/or Kay followed up with a series of emails thought the carrier/delivery process to prepare me with helpful hints, reminders, and inquiries (i.e., your driver will not accept credit card or check, give a shout if you need me, everything okay on delivery, etc.).
