We were referred by our friend who had an excellent experience from Direct Express auto transport to transport his car from Illinois state to California State a year ago. So I called Direct Express auto transport on October 15, 2014 and paid the $159.00 for the deposit, then made an arrangement on October 25, 2014 to transport our car which was a SUV from Illinois to Washington State. They called and informed us that they will come to pick up the car early in the morning a day before, When they picked up our car, the inspection of the car was very detailed and careful before they took the care away. My husband and I were very pleased they did that. After three days, the Direct Express auto transport called us and informed us that the car was already in Washington State which we were just arrived that morning by plane. So we made an arrangement to pick up our SUV, After we carefully checked over our car, we were satisfied so we paid the remaining balance to the drivers. The drivers gave us back a completed receipt. We are highly recommend the service of Direct Express auto transport and would like to share our experience to everyone who is going to have their cars transporting out of states.; I also gave the Direct Express auto transport a five star excellent review.
