Writing our experience so others can benefit moving their vehicles like we just did. This is a true story. My wife's car was being moved from Kent (Washington) to Bay Area (Texas). Prior to choosing Auto Shipping Group inc., we had reviewed several companies just like anyone would. Sincerity in the voice of Lance Staab with Auto Shipping Group inc. was one of the major reasons that helped out with our decision making. We were not hurried to choose ASG. Quoted at $900, estimated for a 11 day delivery. Carrier company was Transport Express, LLC. The car was dropped off in 10 days (yesterday on 12/3/14) without any damages. We paid the exact price we were quoted for. I believe our experience is not an isolated case. Communication was great via phone and emails. We received updates throughout. Transport Express also communicated with us on the 9th day, notifying us of the delivery time. There is so much that can go on with transportation and transportation industry which may be a source of stress to customers. Our experience has been stress free. If they call it reliability, professionalism, integrity then I have just witnessed these attributes. So this was our wonderful experience, why not share the good news to the World.
