Kimberly at ASG was extremely nice and helpful. This was my first time transporting a vehicle, and I was unsure if the process. Some research into the process had me pretty weary of some if the shadiness practiced and I was concerned about many of the negative reviews other organizations had received. I went with ASG because of their positive reviews, and the helpful manner in which we communicated. I felt Kim was trying to help me rather than trying to hurry up and take my money. My situation was a little complicated because I was having a car picked up from my parents house that was clear across the country. Anyways, communication was clear and often between ASG and the carrier to myself and my dad, and we had zero issues. Even during transport, I was contacted with updates and given realistic delivery times. All in all, delivery/pickup was timely it was a positive experience.
