Felicia made this process very easy for me. She gave me concise facts about how the process would go, but elaborated when I needed or wanted more information. She was very personable and professional. I would not hesitate to use her again for any transporting needs. She was a pleasure to work with.

I will note, however, that my car did arrive almost a week early. I was moving from Seattle, WA to Atlanta, GA. I sent the car back a little early, which probably led to the car being delivered early. But I did make it very clear in the reservation that it had to be delivered on a certain date. As mentioned above, it was delivered a week earlier than I stated. Luckily it worked out alright.

Overall, I would give the whole process an A- and customer service(Felicia) an A+.
