I have never used this service before but my husband and I were moving and I was worried aout driving my 22 year old (soon to be a classic) car that far, especially through Atlanta. I was worried about the whole process, but Kachiri was very reassuring. I was quoted $300 dollars at first, I thought including the deposit, but later this was changed to $375 and I found this did not include the $100 deposit taken out of my credit card. I was told the $75 dollar increase was due to the driver needing hotel money to spend the night, but Travis indicated he came from his home when dropping off my car. Since this cost seems to be comparable with quotes from other companies, I still am very satisfied with the process.
