First of all AutoTransport123 sent emails as a reminder that my original quote (from months earlier) was still valid. The customer service representative, Mechalia, was kind and patient when I finally was able to make the contract.
The thing that interested me the most about this company was that they specifically stated that the driver would pick up, stay with the car, and deliver it to me. NO TRANSFERS!!!
When the car arrived, the driver, Dan, was kind, thoughtful and seemed to appreciate the sentimental and monetary value of my vehicle. He mentioned several times that the car was beautiful and in immaculate condition. He also explained everything to me on the Bill of Lading. Great JOB
