I shipped my 1.6L sedan with Mercury Auto Transport. The broker did a great job getting me the deal. The pickup was scheduled on-time, and the actual price of the deal was slightly higher than what was promised (5% up), but it was OK.

The driver also did a good job transporting my vehicle. The delivery was on-time which made my life a lot easier after I arrived at the destination. So the overall experience was good. Thank you for the business.

But I would like to point out one thing for improvement: when they took away my car, the gentlemen examined very carefully and noted down every tiny scratch on it. This is completely understandable to me. But when they returned the car, there were quite a few dirt/mud on the exterior of my car that made my own inspection very difficult. I had to trust their saying that "it‘s just dirt" "nothing wrong at all". In fact, even a premium wash afterwards was unable to clean all the dirt spots. I had to scrub them off one by one manually.
