DO NOT USE THEM-They selected "UNITED AUTO TRANSPORT LLC" to transport my Vehicle. The transporter damaged my vehicle when their Truck drove under a low underpass. Basically RIPPING THE ROOF OFF my vehicle- Totaling it . Now they say the insurance will not cover loss, When I go back to Montway they say they cant help me!! . They could only supply me with the insurance certificate but I have to take it from there and even had to fight to get my damaged car back from UAT,LLC .You have to question the brokers method and practices of choosing qualified and insured transporters to use.
All I can say is deal direct with the company transporting your vehicle to avoid what happened to me . If people were honest in doing business when a mistake is made this would not have to go to this level . Very shocked and disappointed
