I'm quite pleased with my overall experience with Ship A Car Direct. My representative took a lot of time to explain to me how the car-shipping process works and answered all my questions thoroughly. The first two carriers that were suggested had no BBB ratings and relatively poor online reviews, so I passed on those. My rep then found me a carrier soon after that for the same quoted price that was A-rated on BBB with lots of positive online reviews, so I was quite comfortable committing to them. The car was delivered on time and in good shape. The carrier's truck broke down on the day of delivery, so the drop-off was delayed by several hours, but that's more an issue with the carrier than SACD (and I didn't bother contacting them at this point). I'd recommend this company to a friend/family.

Note, I am receiving monetary incentive for posting a review, but this write-up is legitimate. I'd definitely include negative comments if I had any, but luckily my overall experience was positive.
