Fletcher set up transportation for my Honda Accord from Manhattan to San Francisco. I called him with about a week's notice, and he was able to quickly secure a carrier that would pick up the car from a depot near Secaucus, NJ. Since I was nearby and needed a flexible pickup window, we were able to work out a three-day window during which I could drop off my car at my convenience.
During the entire process, Fletcher told me exactly how much I would pay for his commission and for the auto carrier's fee. His quoted fee of $250 commission and $1,250 for the auto carrier were spot on. It was easy to pay All Aboard Auto via credit card over the phone and the actual auto carrier by USPS money order upon delivery of my car in California.
The auto carrier that Fletcher hired (Transauto Logistics) picked up my car from NJ three days after I dropped it off at the depot. The quoted travel time across the country was 7-12 days. The car was delivered 8 days later in San Francisco. My car had no damage and just the normal dirt and grime that comes with being hauled on an open carrier across the country.
I think Fletcher did a great job for being quick, honest, and easy to work with. He checked in with me after delivery of my car in CA to make sure everything went well. He is clearly dedicated to making sure his customers get their cars promptly and securely!
