I was recommended to Auto Shipping Group by a colleague who had used them before.
I called and was immediately connected to Randy. Randy worked with me (I had very tight deadlines around pickup) and managed to make my pickup window exactly.

The Auto Transport contact (Bob) was responsive and timely. He contacted me through phone and text to advise me of his pickup estimate, timeline and delivery expectations. I never had trouble reaching him. He initially gave me a pickup window of several hours too late for me, but when I explained my situation, he was there within 15 minutes of the time we agreed to. The delivery was delayed overnight, which wasn't a problem for me. Bob was a very nice guy who performed exactly as he said he would. Very trustworthy.

The car was dirty when I received it, but otherwise undamaged. Traveling on an open carrier, across the country, over 5 days, being a little dirty was to be expected. Dusty, I would say. A quick $5.00 car wash resolved it.

Randy followed up thoroughly and was always responsive to my calls and emails. A fantastic experience from him, from start to finish. Thanks! I researched myself sick trying to book an auto transport, and was dismayed with most reviews and BBB ratings I saw. I was very glad to get the recommendation to Auto Shipping Group and would recommend them to anyone who asks. But I'll make sure they try to get Randy. ;)
