I've never shipped a car before and I decided to use Ship a Car Direct based on BBB reviews and customer feedback. From the moment I spoke with Kay on the phone until my car was delivered by Doug (the driver), I was able to speak with a LIVE person. Both Kay and Doug walked me through the whole process. My car was picked up and delivered without any problems. This has been a positive experience and I will use Ship a Car Direct when I return my car back to CA.
