Overall the experience was what I had expected. Ship A Car Direct was good to work with. Mike, my main contact, was courteous and helpful during the process.The pick and delivery times were a bit late, but not terrible. The only 'issue' was that the car arrived dirty and had scratches on the roof and sides due to it being loaded on the top, front of the carrier. Most of the marks came off with washing and compounding the areas.
