Please be careful if you are looking for a car transportation!!! I thought I would never get scammed until I did. I consider myself an educated consumer and a professional. I didn't know how common these scams were until they took my money and ran!

I found Crossland Express though http://transportreviews.com
I trusted and believe all the company info on the "http://transportreviews.com" and reviewers and the person who I spoke on the phone to be legit. I believed with my whole heart that they will come pick up my car, because they promised and took my deposit money of $200.

When the pickup date approached, The company and the business owner Matt (Now I am skeptical if it was even he's real name) stopped answering his call. No detail about the truck and the pick up date. Just like the other negative review I read, the company stopped answering all my calls until I tried with another friends phone with different phone and area code. They promised again and there was nothing to worry about - but car was never picked up and deposit money - GONE!

Also, 4 other transportation companies started to call me as the date approach. Why? Because they saw my car info on the Grand Dispatch, and saw that Crossland Express had offered too little money and no driver was going to take it. At this point, I was already told it was going to be picked up. Yes, other companies called me to give me tips that Crossland was lying and sure enough, just Lies...

By the way, their once beautiful website and company have now gone off line! Ha ha ha ha Yes, it may pop up again later with a different comany name and info in the future, and scam some more...
Oh, and their beautiful 11 reviews on http://transportreviews.com ? I doubt it was true.

So, here's my tip as recent victim of an auto transportation scam:

If the company promise you a price that's too good to be true, below all average price AND ask you for a deposit to hold the trust upfront before the pick up?

DO NOT GIVE THE DEPOSIT BEFORE THE PICK UP!!!! No matter how nice and honest they sound and how good the deal is.
DO NOT GIVE MONEY OVER THE PHONE, OR BEFORE YOU READ THE WRITTEN CONTRACT!!!!!
.

Don't let this happen to you too!
