This was a great experience. I was very worried about the whole process, because we had never moved a car before, but Matt made the process painless. We were completely prepared because of all of the TLC that Matt gave us. He answered all of our questions usually before we knew we had them. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a car move. They gave us a rebate for doing this survey, but I would never say anything that I didn't mean.
