Although the company had initially experienced some hardship in finding a suitable carrier to move our vehicle from NY to TX, they have stayed on top of it the entire time, contacting and screening various potential carriers, while staying in touch with us to keep us informed of the order status. Out of the 5-day window given to them for the vechicle pick-up they were able to secure the provider on day 4, which made us quite nervous being so close to the deadline. Nevertheless, once the carrier had been booked, the rest assured, everything went extremely smoothly and stress-free. As an added bonus we were provided with an enclosed transport instead of the open one, for the same price that has been quoted to us for the open transport. All in all, we had a very positive expreience all around working with King of the Road, and would not hesitate to use them again if needed.
