Ship a car direct - Matt always communicated about the next step .
whenever i needed assistance or was unsure about the progress of the transfer- as soon as i contacted Matt - he would respond promptly with an update .{either by email or with a phone call}
The transfer did take a little longer than i originally expected however it was not MATTs fault - the truck transferring my car broke down on the way.
i would recommend "ship a car direct " for your next auto transfer .
please ask for Matt as your contact person.
