could not meet timeline- never came through with the move.

I called Q auto transport 3 weeks prior to My move date. I was moving a Chevy Silverado from Nevada to Washington. I was moving it in August because that's when I was available to be at each end of the trip. I travel very frequently and am not always able to be at the pick-up location and then be at the delivery location, but I knew My schedule that month and made arrangements to move the truck then. much like many of the other reviews, I was told that was "plenty of time". Long story short, after the 3 weeks no carrier was available. I called and e-mailed about every other day. The good part is it was not critical to move at that time,. After being assured that the carrier would be provided- Nothing. I ended postponing the move until later this year. Don't believe them when they tell you that you will have a carrier. I am learning it is best to avoid the "brokers" and contact the transport folks directly.

still looking for a transport company to try again in October.
