When I first requested a quote, I got a lot of responses. Among the many calls I received, Scott from iMovers was one of them. He was very thorough and explained the process to a tee. However, in the interest of saving money, I thought I would go with who was cheapest. HUGE MISTAKE!!! The company that I did choose charged me upfront and when the transport vehicle didn't show up, I couldn't reach anyone from the company, which delayed my traveling for almost a week. After trying to reach that contact for 3 days (FYI ... I never got my money back!), I gave up and decided to call Scott from iMovers back. He explained that people will give low prices just to get you to agree to the terms and then they can't find a truck. Scott found me a truck within just a few days and completely saved my business trip from disaster. Everything he said was exactly dead on and I'll never call another company again. Do yourself a favor and just use iMovers right off the bat.
