I am a lazy guy who normally don't like to leave feedback for my purchases on line. But for the case of EBIDTransport, I feel obliged to say something, since the service I received exceeds my expectations.

I contacted Kendra a week ahead about my shipping requirement from Seattle to New York for my Honda Odyssey. I was worried for the first few days, since Kendra was not able to find a carrier. She kept updating me with progress that she had made, but I was still not so confident about her effort. I had no knowledge/experience of the transport services and I was really afraid of being rigged and ripped.

To find an answer myself, I contacted an agent from another BBB rated broker to check for possible carriers in the Seattle area who could go to New York. The other agent boasted that he could do a better job, but it turned out that he could not find a carrier either. Eventually, Kendra was able to locate a carrier one day before my actual shipping date. Twelve hours after turning my van to the carrier, I was able to aboard my flight back to New York with a peaceful mind.

Thank you, Kendra. You have done a terrific job, and I would recommend you to my friends who will ship their vehicles in the future.
