Shipping a car coast to coast is a daunting task when you've never done it before. As a military member I've moved many times, but never shipped a vehicle. From start to finish this was a great experience. My shipping coordinator, Lecia, was fantastic. Her constant follow up and patience answering my questions was impressive. She kept me well informed and followed up not only by email, but also by phone as we went through the process. Our car was picked up within one day of my requested pickup date and arrived in California in only five days, and the driver communicated with me continually throughout the transit. Incredible! The transaction was exactly as described and I couldn't be happier with the service and timeliness. Should I ever need to ship a vehicle again, I will not shop around, I'm going straight to Amerifreight and I recommend everyone else (even Santa) do the same.
