This was my first time shipping a vehicle, and the car I was shipping was very important to me. I was nervous about shipping my vehicle, and didn't really understand the process at first. I spoke to Breanna Pittman from Auto Shipping Group to get a quote for my shipment, and she took a long time explaining the process very thoroughly to me. I never felt as if she were talking down to me, and she was very understanding about my hesitations. I called a few other companies and was quoted a cheaper price, but I felt the most comfortable with Breanna, her excellent knowledge of the process, and her great customer service style. She kept me updated on the status of my order and shipment throughout the whole process. The carrier was very nice and prompt, and my car was delivered on time without a scratch! Overall, a great experience.
