Alex treated me as if I were the only person sending a car to San Diego CA. From the first time I contacted the company until my car was delivered, Alex was in constant contact with me giving me info about my car's pick up and delivery. He answered all my questions ( and believe me, I had plenty). He did not beat around the bush. Prior to my move , I was in contact with several other Transporters and found Seven Stars AutoTransport to be the best. When addressing me, Alex always used my name which was very important and to me showed one of the outstanding levels of customer service. I was impressedt the amount of time it took my car to reach it's destination.
