I called 30 places to find a good place with the right price. I am really paranoid on having a transport after reading many different stories about cars not coming on time or being damaged. I read reviews on this place an it seemed they had a few dissatisfied customers, but I am not one of those. I liked how the price was locked in, where other places they said the amount could change upon delivery. The price was reasonable and was one of the lowest offered to me. They said it would take up to 7 days usually to find a shipper and it took exactly 7 days. Other places told me it would be impossible for it to be shipped that fast. Ashley, the representative assured me everything was set in stone and calmed my mind. I was so happy when my vehicle got here, it took 7 days to find a person to transport, and it took 2 days to have it delivered! That was great! The carrier was so kind and was just so great with everything. He actually sat and talked about about the car and his job even. I guess everyone's experience varies, but I think its mostly who they book with and not Transport Auto directly. If I ever needed a transport again, I would go right to this company.
