We worked with Dale, who was very patient and thorough about the process. He explained in detail what would happen and gave us his opinion on what he thought we could get our car picked up for price wise. He was very kind when we had to turn the first pickup date down do to a family emergency-even though we know this created more work for him personally. While we were waiting on dispatch to schedule another pickup, we got a phone call from an actual truck driver who said he was 30 minutes away and could pick up our car. This caused a bit of the scramble and we would have preferred more notice, however I'm pointing this out because it worked out totally fine and we all have the manage our expectations- these are trucks moving across the country- timelines are hard to predict. I'm glad we got our car on that truck- the driver was nice and accommodating as dropping a car in the city of Los Angeles is not easy. It arrived quickly and with no damage. Would use both Ship A Car and this carrier again.

Thank you for the 5 star review, Lorie! It's true, sometimes there can be a bit of a "scramble". There isn't a lot of advance notice for carrier availability/arrival so it's realistic to expect to be sort of "on call" around your preferred dates.
