After entering my car relocation info at an internet site asking for quotes, Julie was one of the first brokers to call me. She took time and walked me through the entire broker process and explained how the process worked and was patient with my many questions. I ended up receiving over 20 emails and a few phone calls from other brokers with promises of dependable service and lower (and a few higher) prices. Julie explained how to sort out the good from the bad with these dozens of replies. And she made this effort without having any promise I would end up using her services. But after doing all the research on over 16 other brokers at two different independent rating companies (BBB and transportreviews.com), I came back to Julie and signed up for getting my car moved with Auto Shipping Group. While following her advice, we got a confirmation from a top rated and insured mover who showed up on time and then delivered our car 3 days early. AND I saved $50 from the original quoted amount with her. I have another car to move in a month or so, and will be calling them again to handle it.
