Mark was the only person that responded back in a matter of mins. He gave us a straight out price of 425.00, with a promise of no added surprises. He came across as honest and sincere. He didn't give us a sales pitch, he was very reassuring of all aspects of detail concerning our vehicle. He was very knowledgable.We had "Sharks' calling left and right! Because of Mark we knew what to ask. We were promised lower prices, one 327.00, but the caller would not commit to one price. We were even told that Mark could NOT guarantee his quote, that 425.00 was un-do-able! Mark made an unpleasant experience ( we broke down on vacation) bearable, he gave us the peace we so much needed concerning getting our very expensive Van home. He made it more reasonable to hire his company, than to return to Minnesota ourselves to retrieve our Van. I can't explain in words what Mark did for this family. The confidence he has in his ability to help somehow transfers to the customer. Mark's company is 100% the company I want in these situations. I'm planning to use them and Mark again very soon, to transport my son's truck from Florida when he's ready to come home. I always worry about his long drive. Now, thanks to Mark, I don't have to. I called Mark just to thank him. I also called the driver Tony. I wish more businesses had honest people. It was so refreshing. TRUST is what this company instills in it's customers. And they deliver! No SURPRISES!
