Simply Rude and unprofessional

It is now July 19th, the car was picked up the 2nd, and they have yet to deliver the alarm clicker rendering the car virtually unusable. Despite daily phone calls, emails and even use of their internet portal for communication, they refuse to respond or even acknowledge my issues. I received one call from a manager promising me a response which as expected was empty. No one has ever called me back. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a vendor. The driver has responded and promised to deliver the clicker on a few occasions but I still don't have it. For some reason I am trusting they will deliver.

The driver for the carrier who moved the vehicle did not leave the clicker for the alarm on delivery. 7 Star was not aware, customer was in direct contact with the carrier only. The moment customer contact 7 Star, we took care of problem and had the carrier return immediately the clicker. This review is directed to the carrier/driver who made the mistake, not 7 Star.
