Communication and responsiveness in the beginning was poor. Left messages and sent emails with no response for days. Was not sure if my car was being transported after I signed the agreement. Was given $675 in beginning and then when he finally called back it was up to $775. Then the next call the price was $875. Was supposed to call me back and did not. Finally contacted customer service. Took Natalie a couple of days to call me but when she did she made things right. She took off $100 on the price for deposit to offset the erroneous info and lack of service I had gotten. Then my car was picked up the next day and delivered the day after that! S Trans was the transporter and he was excellent. Kept in touch with me all along and was very nice.
