Company is hit or miss. Shipped two vehicles from California to Washington State. First vehicle, no problem. Second vehicle arrived 16 days late with $3000 damage due to a smashed back end. Customer service involves multiple transfers between customer service and claims and no accountability. Advised me I would have to pay a $250 deductible for damage they caused. When escalated, they agreed to credit me $100 of the delivery price and I was lucky, they were being "nice" so take it or leave it. Awesome, having shipped six vehicles through them over the years. Never again. I will also be pushing for them to lose their corporate contract with my company. So, to summarize, 17 days late on delivery, $3000 damage, $250 deductible, $100 credit and, apparently, Lots of good fortune according to their customer service team. Good luck if you use this company. A true roll of the dice.
