Do not use this Service.. Extremely abusive with explicit language

I emailed Ray for a quote. Ray came back with a quote and order number… a couple days later I called Ray just to verify that a second vehicle was included on the quote. Ray called me back and said that he gave me the wrong price on the quote. I said okay, so what will it be, he said $2600 .. I replied with that's too much and I guess I need to go and look for different transport. What Ray did was not nice. I believe Ray is the manager of the office of 1Flat Rate LLC. What he did was on the National Transit Board he indicated that nobody is to do service with me because I have a contract with them… That was not the case no credit card numbers were exchanged for anything nor did I sign anything. He gave me a number for traceability to his data system in the office. Ray tried using that order number against me stating it was a contract number which was not true. After finding another transport company they contacted me stating that 1Flat Rate LLC has got a hold on my service deterring anybody else to look at my request for service on the National Transit Board. I actually had to call !Flat Rate three times and request to have the hold taking off the National Transit Board (I lit ally had to get nasty and yell out my request because Ray yelling at me over the phone) because we did not have a contract nor an agreement. Eventually, he did it but he used extremely explicit language dropping the F bomb on me several times and this is why I say you should not conduct business with this person or company 1Flat Rate and Ray is a horrible business to work with and the conduct business out Escondido California.
