Roger provided excellent customer service. Roger did not give me the aggressive sales pitch that many other companies did. He was very good at explaining the process and pricing. He left no question unanswered and made me feel comfortable with what can be a stressful process. The carrier selected contacted me ahead of time, worked with me to arrange the most convenient pick up and drop off location/time and was very professional. I would highly recommend Plaza Auto Transport.
