David at ship-a-car direct was such a great help! From day one, they answered all my questions. When there was some timing issues with my flight and moving truck, they were able to easily accommodate my schedule. Delivery was super easy and details were well explained to me. Any prove differences from the original quote were notified to me for approval first so there were no surprises. David also followed up with me to make sure everything was handled ok. really great customer service and worry-free. Thanks very much.
