This was my first time having my car shipped, and I was very nervous, but Alexandra made me more at ease with the situation. Alexandra was very professional and had great customer service. She stayed in contact with me during the whole process, and checked in when the car was delivered. Overall my experience was a great one with auto shipping group, and the next time I need car a transported I will be calling Alexandra.
