My car was not damaged in the process, the pickup person was thorough in marking every scratch or minor dent or ding before loading my car. Which was good to protect the company, and I was right there to make sure all things marked were marked accurately. Dropoff was kind of late which I didn't like. I asked that my car not be delivered after the sun went down. It was delivered right when the sun went down. Which meant that flashlights had to be used to check my vehicle to make sure everything was in tact. Overall, my car was fine, so it was cool. Good price for delivering 2 vehicles. I might consider using them again.
