After working for a week and a half with another transport company, I contact Graham at AmeriFreight and with his kind and understanding manner he calmed me down and told me he would get our car transport situation handled!!! Within 48 hours we had a contract with a carrier to take our son' scar from California to North Carolina. We had very specific dates for the pick up and drop off times, and having wasted a week and a half with another company we were running out of time. Graham assured me that we would find something and his constant follow up and customer service helped me through what had been a very frustrating period. Our car arrived in North Carolina safe and sound!!! I would use AmeriFreight again in a second! If you decide to use them, ask for Graham Turner, he was professional while compassionate about our situation and the stress I was feeling. I wish I had called AmeriFreight first because I would have saved myself from the worst migraine in world!
