I appreciated Julie's help in negotiating a fair price with a driver to transport our vehicle from MD to CA. Out of her control was the driver not showing up on time, he was a day earlier than expected but when dispatch called to let us know a change in the date he told us that we were the first pick up of the day so we anticipated an early morning pick up. We were calling the driver's dispatch several times and leaving messages to out when our driver would pick up the car. Finally at 1p our driver was in contact with us and arranged a place to meet. Next, make sure to get the driver's phone number not just dispatch they don't always call back in a timely manner and with it being a weekend day it made it that much harder. As soon as Julie found out the delay with the driver she was so very apologetic and made sure everything was still going smoothly. So no complaints.
