This was my 3rd time using Mercury Auto Transport in the past 10 years. The first two times everything went smooth. This time, however, the owner of the vehicle I purchased made it very difficult on the shipper. He didn't return calls from the driver at first. When he did, he refused to have the vehicle ready for the pick-up day and time requested. The driver became aggravated and gave up and left without my vehicle. I was enraged to say the least. Roman spoke with me and explained the situation and how to handle the stubborn seller. He hired another driver and he managed to pick the vehicle up without incident. The vehicle arrived clean and in the condition it was described in. I would highly recommend Roman and his company to anyone having their vehicle shipped. You don't really know what a company is willing to do to keep their customers satisfied until they're hit with unexpected diversity. Roman showed he will get the job done no matter what.
