Sue at Auto Shipping Group was great to work with and explained well how the broker, carrier system works. I would recommend her company if you are looking for this kind of service. The actual carrier, Motion Auto Carriers arrived late and was difficult to communicate with. They didn't notify us that the pickup schedule had changed, weren't able to provide information when I was able to reach them by phone and didn't return calls promptly when I left a message). Sue helped us work through this.

On the other end (Michigan) the delivery was fast and pretty convenient. but it was hard to find out in advance when the car would arrive. Not the fault of ASG but looking back it would have been more convenient to use a service where you drop the car off somewhere so you don't have to hang around at home waiting for the pickup. And on the delivery end I would rather have had them drop it off somewhere and just call me when it arrived. Then I could pick it up at my convenience. Paying the carrier with a cashier's check was not that convenient. I would rather have paid for the whole shipping using a credit card.
