Jorge from AmeriFreight contacted me with information about my request and answered my questions thoroughly and professionally. He let me know that he was a broker and that he'd find someone to hopefully meet my timeline at the agreed upon cost and recommended moving my pick up date earlier to ensure that I had time to find an alternate carrier in case the bid was too low. I was happy with the cost and he was able to find a carrier quickly (KJ Falcon) and I accepted their offer. I was pleased with his part in the car shipping process, but had more difficulties with the carrier that we agreed upon. Overall, I'd use AmeriFreight again, but look into the actual carrier a little more before agreeing to use them.
