Even though my 2 cars were picked up and delivered on time, there were concerns the whole time.
the driver was difficult to get a hold of at times, and when he would give me a certain time for something, it was always a few hours later when he would come thru with something. Thank you Matt and Empire for sticking with it the whole time to ensure I would finally get my cars when we reached Massachusetts. Matt was relentless, continually calling the driver to make sure he did his job and did it correctly. I understand every company probably has a bad apple or two, but this was no reflection on Matt and Empire. Matt assured me he would stay on top of it the whole way, and that's just what he did. I wouldn't use that particular driver again, but I most certainly would use Matt and Empire auto again.
