DAS Global is deceitful, vindictive and driven exclusively by profit. They give you a 'range' of time in which your vehicle can arrive at the destination, but make no attempt to actually meet the short term range. (It's about profit, not customer satisfaction) Then, when they are close to breaching their extended timeline, they blame everyone else and decide they are not responsible. And all you can do is beg for your car back.
If you complain because your vehicle hasn't moved from their holding area for 3 weeks, they place your car haphazardly on the transport vehicle and say all the damage is 'normal wear and tear' and deny responsibility and your claim. Add to that, the draining of your vehicle of ALL gas, so you can't drive the half mile from the vehicle pick up to the gas station. On the receiving end, it is vindictive; they say it’s business practice.
After you spend hours upon hours trying to find out the status of your vehicle, and no two reports are the same, (because they have it and you can't do anything about it), your car is finally delivered on the last possible day of their ‘window’, their neglect and profit drive has caused excessive damage. Despite all of that, they get paid (otherwise you don’t get your damaged car) and they tell you 'Thank you for Trusting Us'. That wasn’t Trust DAS Global that was my ignorance in choosing you and your control over me through my car. There is NEVER be trust in DAS Global!!! My only trust is that my efforts at getting restitution for the DAS Global profit driven negligence will result in nothing but DAS Global thanking heaven for more ignorant people like me. (But, I will try anyway)
They misrepresented themselves as a Good service provider. They held my vehicle hostage for 6 weeks and denied all responsibility for any damage because, in their view, all damage can be attributed to normal wear and tear in their eyes. What a racket!!!
