I initially made contact with another company to deliver my car in Texas, this other company gave me a low quote , probably just to hook me up & so they can get details of my cars and everything. That company has no sense of communicating with customers, never returns a call, rude on the phone. And to make a long story short , my vehicles were delivered already & I haven't heard from them .

Since I have a timetable , my wife will need ours cars in Texas in 1 week, I talked with Randy Chavez of Auto Shipping Group. Overall , Randy took the time to explain to me what usually happen in this kind of business, he re-assured me of everything, explained how it works step by step & he is in constant communication with you, even when your cars are in the delivery process. We shipped 2 vehicles with them and it was on time, we even change the drop off point since my brother -in-law is not available for the pick and there was no extra charge.

Randy and the girls that are in constant communication with us are awesome, I have another vehicle to ship very soon and I will definitely call Randy again. This guy means business, and every customer should be treated like I was treated by this guy, he re-assured me, made me feel comfortable , less stress and the number 1 thing is communicate with the customer.
