I had previously scheduled a transport of my car to coincide with the move of my household. The original moving company decided not to include the car after I had left the state. In desperation , I called a number of vehicle transportation companies and decided to use this one. Paul went far beyond any customer service I'd have expected as the original movers would not relinquish the key to the car despite arbitrarily canceling the transport order. Paul called the moving office as well as the person who actually had possession of the key. Despite the fact that the company did not follow through and actually deliver the key as requested, the effort made by Paul was quite welcome. My car has been picked up as requested and is on its way. I was accommodated in that the vehicle had been packed for a move and was not required to travel back to New Jersey and empty the contents. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again should the need ever arise.
