I contacted Auto Shipping Group after a different company could not meet their deadline on shipping and were not very communicative during the process. I understand that the difficulty in finding a carrier is not completely the shippers fault as my car was inoperable and need a trailer with a winch.
After speaking with Breanna, she assured me that she could find the appropriate transport. It did take longer than expected but that is due to my vehicles needs. I stuck with Breanna because of her excellent communication skills and I truly believe she was working very hard on my behalf. Sure enough she came through and found a transport for my vehicle, which was picked up and delivered on time.
