This is the second time we've used Auto Shipping Group to transport a vehicle from Virginia to Oregon. The first time was so smooth and easy that we decided to use them again. And we were not disappointed. Our contact, Jeff, got a truck right away. Even though the truck was a day late, they kept in touch with our family in Virginia and let us know what was going on. We received front door service with the car drop off and it arrived a couple days early. We had used another car transport before we used Auto Shipping Group, and our car came with a nice chunk wedged out of the door. Both times we've used Auto Shipping Group, our cars have come to us undamaged, just the way they were put on the truck. Our contact, Jeff, was friendly and prompt. He wasn't pushy as we were gathering quotes and deciding what we were going to do. Our driver communicated with us and was personable. We would definitely use Auto Shipping Group again.
