Oh my gosh....I was moving my brother from Arizona to Maine. We had a van and a 38' RV to be transported. I didn't have a clue about how to go about this at all. I had 50 other things to coordinate for my brother's arrival...flights...house rental to be set up here in Maine...etc., etc. And then to trust that there wouldn't be a scam with the moving company. And I had no personal contacts there in Arizona to depend on. My brother flew back to Maine and just the vehicles remained there. It was a total nightmare to have to figure out and deal with. Many obstacles. But then I made the call to Nationwide and Jay answered my call. I explained my situation and he assured me that we would get the job done no matter what...and he was right...and he did it!!!! We also had the weather to contend with....twice due to the unexpected snow storms, the drivers had to reschedule. I would notify Jay of a delay on my end and he was always sooooooooooooo accommodating. The drivers he hired were just the best...so helpful it was crazy. The service was impeccable. I don't expect to run into a move across country ever again...but if I did...it would be Jay at Nationwide who I would hire. And if he were no longer there, the person replacing him would have very very large shoes to fill. I have never had the pleasure of meeting Jay....have never spoken to him before this move....this is definitely not a "setup" review. This guy is for real. He promised me a safe trip for my cargo - I got it! He promised me honest drivers - I got them!! This was two separate deliveries. After each delivery Jay would call me to make sure I received my cargo and that I was satisfied with the service. Jay is Top Dog in my book. What a Guy!!!!! and the drivers...they go above and beyond...you feel as though you have known them before...this experience was just surreal. All because of Jay!!!
