I must be honest reading through a couple of reviews online about vehicle transportation made me think twice about it. But I came across Amerifreight and my overall experience was fantastic. The whole process was explained to me thoroughly by Amerifreight's representative Dustin who was both knowledgeable and courteous.
Dustin was transparent throughout the whole process and he advised me how the pricing worked. A rate was negotiated and agreed.The pricing was competitive and the customer service was excellent.
The scheduled time for pickup and drop off were both on time.The driver was friendly and punctual and made me feel at ease as my truck was bought new and was only a couple of months old. I had opted for the enclosed transport which was pricey but didn't want to take any unnecessary risk. It was a long haul from the west coast to the east coast and fortunately everything went smoothly.
This would be my first time in transporting a vehicle of mine and I was glad I had a great experience. Should I require future vehicle transportation I would definitely use Amerifreight again and recommend them to others who are looking for a reliable transport company to transport their vehicles.
